An ominous game of treachery, struggle, synergy and chance.

The Setting

CYBERWOLF is set in a future timeline during the start of the oft predicted ice-age. But not for reasons you would expect. The cold, darkness, now a constant stinging of the skin. Human ingenuity, or rather, ineptness has led to a darkening of the skies where the suns heat is now unable to penetrate to the surface. Rapid cold streaks and their devastating effects cascaded upon warmer climates, where water levels plunged and food supplies quickly dwindled. Those of whom survived are hanging on by a thread. Survival of humanity now lies with those who learned to become one with nature, facing the cold long before the fall, man and wolf.

Humanity's arrogance and ignorance has led to a future they may never recover from. The majority of survivors left are those whose family histories were always entrenched in winter survival. Machinery hardly useful without the technologists and infrastructure behind them, those who would rebuild were no longer able and the satellites once providing observation and orbital supplies have providing little more than radio silence. The tinkerers, scientists and strategists are the only ones left, putting the pieces back together, augmenting the survivors human and wolf alike.

As the earth’s human population has diminished toward the brink of extinction, these few survivors utilizing their network of outposts, radio communication and wolf packs have run across caches of supplies occasionally raining down from above.

Supply drops seem to be falling at set intervals but reports show an increasingly wide drop range. As the competition for survival heats up, travelers are working hard to secure lodging on icy routes, setting up radar tracking to spot the next supply cache and competing against the rise of other clans and teams.

But as word spreads, competition heats up. The latest caches may have more than just rations. They may have what's needed to rebuild.
